of asbestos and hazardous materials.
Services include asbestos surveys
and bulk sampling; condition reports;
risk assessments; management; removal;
and fabric and component reinstatement.
The Control
of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002
will significantly increase the degree
of responsibility assumed by employers
and property owners (or their managers
and advisors) by the way of managing
asbestos in buildings. Under these
regulations it will now be mandatory
that a detailed register and management
plan within property portfolios.
Tinnelly Environmental are the first
firm in Ireland to be elected a full
contracting member of the Asbestos
Removal Contractors Association (ARCA),
an organisation established to promote
and maintain the highest professional
standards for this particular specialism.

Operatives
receive refresher training annually,
whilst surveyors and managers have
all successfully completed specialist
proficiency modules accredited by
the British Institute of Occupational
Hygienists. Combining this commitment
