Former Passport Offices, 10 Molesworth Street, Dublin

Works involve the complete demolition of the former Passport Offices at Molesworth Street and excavation to a triple basement in preparation for a new office development.

As the existing building was built over an existing double basement it meant that large plant and high reach machinery was restricted and could not be initially deployed. As a result, The Tinnelly Group performed a work down of the upper sections of the building using Brokk Robotic machines and then utilised our larger Liebherr machines at the lower levels. We then performed a bulk dig excavation to form the new basement.
