Main Contractor MAC conducted the overall refurbishment of Nr1 Georges Quay and appointed The Tinnelly Group to perform the extensive structural demolitions.
Works involved complete demolition of 2 large quadrant sections of the existing structure over 5 floors to the front and rear courtyards, as well as complete removal of 2nr central cores, consisting of lift shafts, service risers and large sections of floor slab area, over 5 floors each.
