PepsiCo Cork

This project incorporated the complete demolition of the existing concrete and steel structures at the decommissioned Swissco Factory and incorporated the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials.

The existing buildings on site contained asbestos containing materials. The asbestos containing materials had been identified in the Refurbishment & Demolition survey.  The asbestos was removed on each individual area prior to commencement of demolition on that section of the particular building.

The soft strip out works comprised the removal of all internal non-structural items such as loose fixtures and fittings, shelves, racking, wall panels, brackets, floor finishes, raised floors, wall finishes, wall cladding, plasterboard faced and non-structural blockwork walls, cubicles, doors and frames, ceiling casings, suspended ceiling and mechanical/electrical/public health services as shown, back to the concrete frame/block work shell on each structure.

This was another project Tinnelly Group were proud to deliver.
